Disable Focused / Other Inbox on Outlook

Here’s how to disable the “focused” and “other” email tabs from your outlook.

Desktop:

1. Select the inbox tab
2. Select View on the top menu bar
3. Then select “show focused inbox”

This should disable the focused tab

Phone / iPad:

1. Select the Novalis Trust icon
2. Select The settings Icon in the bottom left
3. Select “Email” from the settings list
4. Select “Focused Inbox” and set it to off
