Snom D345 Phone Call Attended Transfer

  1. Put the call on hold .

  2. Dial the number you want to transfer the call to, then press the tick  button.

  3. If the person wants to accept the call, press the Transfer  button.

  4. With the Transfer Party screen showing, Press the tick  button:

Although, the phones vary slightly between sites and desks, the process is the same, Hold  > Dial  > Transfer  > Confirm
