Joining your device to Novalis Wifi

Please follow the guide below to configure this device to join the Novalis Wifi wireless network.

On Windows

  1. Click the Wifi icon in the notification area
  2. Select Novalis Wifi from the list of available wireless networks
  3. Enter your Novalis Trust Username and Password when asked.

On Apple OSX

  1. Select the wifi icon at the top right and select Novalis Wifi from the network list
  2. Enter your Novalis Trust credentials when prompted
  3. Select Continue when prompted then enter the username and password of an administrator account on the iMAc
  4. Go to Connection Help if your mac is not able to access the internet after following these instructions

On Apple iOS (iPhone and iPad)

  1. Go to Settings &> Wifi and let the device scan for networks
  2. Select Novalis Wifi from the list of available wireless networks
  3. Enter your Novalis Trust username and password when asked
  4. Select Join to join the network
  5. Select Trust if asked to trust a certificate

Android

  1. Go to Settings > Wifi and let the device scan for networks
  2. Select Novalis Wifi from the list of available wireless networks
  3. Under Identity, enter your Novalis Trust Username
  4. Under Password, enter your Novalis Trust Password
  5. Leave Anonymous Identity blank if asked
  6. Select Don't Validate under the choice for CA certificate
  7. Check that Auto reconnect is set to on, if required
  8. Tap Connect
