Troubleshoot Media Library Connection issues
If the device is having issues is a tablet/mobile phone please read Section 1 below. If the device is a tv box please read Section 2
Section 1:
- Check the device is connected to Novalis WIFI or Novalis Devices if it is not please follow this guide: Novalis Trust Apps and Services - Connecting to WiFi or contact IT Support.
- Open the Emby app, if it is signed out follow the steps below (you may need to skip a few steps depending on how far through the setup the app currently is)
- If sign in with Emby connect is showing please press the Skip Button
- In the next tab set the host to media.novalis.live then set the port to 80 then press connect
- On the login screen please enter the users username and password (the exact same they would use to login to the computers, do not include the @novalis-trust.org.uk etc...)
